When life isn’t going how we intended, we want to take control and shift. It’s when we are uncomfortable that we seek alignment. Nobody likes to feel uncomfortable, and when these feelings begin to settle in, you’ll search for anything to relinquish them. Instead of control, I challenge you to seek alignment.
Alignment is about moving forward, accepting that you do not control life, and instead finding peace in where you are. Alignment allows you to feel who you are. Our society has taught us that we can compartmentalize our lives. The truth is, it’s merely impossible. When you struggle in your relationship, unhappiness and discomfort trickle into all other aspects of life. Discomfort has a powerful way of flowing into other areas of life. But how can we gain alignment in our lives?
Alignment requires you to listen merely to yourself. Sit in your energy and listen. Ask yourself a few questions.
Practicing gratitude is one of the easiest ways to raise your frequency. You begin to recognize what you already have, your vibrations will rise, and you will naturally attract more situations and experiences. Gratitude is an emotion that grounds us and raises our vibration out of the negative and into the positive, which can shift our entire mindset.
Ask for Guidance
Asking the universe for guidance is always an option, but you must tap into your intuition. The universe is here to guide you through your physical journey, and when you need guidance, you can do so through meditation or journaling. Meditation is one of the most powerful ways to connect to a higher power. Meditation helps you gain clarity and sit with an absent mind, and your senses will become clear, helping you envision what’s to come.
Finding an alignment in life starts with our ability to listen to yourselves by tapping into what we truly desire. When we look inward, we gather insight and discover what fulfills us. When we find alignment, we become happier, and so much is possible.
