When unaddressed these energies can become energetic blocks that prevent us from manifesting and experiencing the joy in life. During our time together we will be focusing on shifting the energy within the energetic centers to bring in more confidence, happiness and inner peace. Module 1: What is Energy & How Does it Affect Our Emotions
Understanding energy and how it affects our emotions is so important. In this module, we will cover how our vibration affects how we feel on a daily basis.
Module 2: Energetic Boundaries & Responsibility
Creating energetic boundaries is important when it comes to keeping our power and remaining balanced. In this module, we will cover how to create those boundaries and become more responsible for the energy we keep.
Module 3: Chakra 101: From Root to Crown Chakra, For Balance and Alignment
All things Chakras!! We will be diving into each chakra to gain a better understanding of what each represents and how we can balance and align them with energy, color, food and vibration!
Module 4: Feeling, Seeing, Sensing Energy and Emotions
Feeling energy is something everyone can do, its simply a matter of awareness. In this module, we will cover the Clairsentient and clairvoyant abilities to help you being to open up your awareness.
Module 5: Healing Energectically and Emotionally
Healing is so important to supporting and higher vibration. We will be covering energetic and emotional healing in this module with some tips and tools!
Module 6: Course Review and Expansion
A review of all things energetic, emotional and mental healing!
