Each session is made for one individual and one session. If you would like to add an additional guest to the call you will be charged for additional persons. 

REFUNDS: All payments to Jacqueline Hopper are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

PRICES: All prices listed are per person. 

Full Payment: All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. 

Last Minute Reservations: All reservations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to session. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: I acknowledge that my session will be recorded and may be posted as an individual episode on The Sovereign Soul with Jacqueline Hopper podcast. I agree that the posting of my episode is up to the discretion of the producers of the show. 

 VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION: I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in this session. I acknowledge that this session is for entertainment purposes and should not be used as medical/legal/personal/professional advice. If you are in need of serious assistance please contact the appropriate channels.

KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION: I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Jaqueline Hopper LLC and agree of my own free will. By signing, I agree to these Terms & Conditions.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Jacqueline Hopper LLC may take photographs or videos of my session and I grant Jacqueline Hopper LLC permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.
